 Goals:· Increase visibility of Systems Council (SC) and its Member Societies within respective domains. Increase SC collaboration with research activities inside and outside of IEEE.

· Increased availability of trusted systems engineering knowledge through sponsorship of Systems Engineering Body of Knowledge (SEBoK).Collaborated with non-IEEE Systems Engineering Organizations

Accomplishments:· Increased the number of CS Technical Committees and formed the first Joint TC with another Society.· Merged CS Technical Activities and Conference Boards, giving a TC more control over its conferen

Accomplishments:· Increased the number of CS Technical Committees and formed the first Joint TC with another Society.· Merged CS Technical Activities and Conference Boards, giving a TC more control over its conferences.· 

Co-wrote manual for new Board.· Expanded leadership and resolved domain issues.

· Mentored those proposing a new TC or Task Force to develop their proposal and be an effective leader.

· Found qualified leaders for TC(s) where necessary.

Attracted international group of prominent researchers who attended TC-ECBS conferences and published their research in the ECBS Proceedings.· Working Group results on research, education, and state of practice informed academia, industry, and government.· TC-sponsored “Systems” issue of IEEE Computer promoted new research and informed industry of new CPS technology.
